All manuscripts submitted to INVENT 2026 must adhere strictly to the following guidelines. Papers not conforming to these instructions may be rejected without review.
The maximum number of authors per paper is limited to four (4). The full paper should be 5 -10 pages in length, written in English only, and formatted in a single-column layout. Submissions must be made in both PDF (.pdf) and editable document (.doc) formats.
Authors must use the official conference paper template, which can be downloaded from the conference website. Formatting instructions regarding font type, font size, margins, spacing, and column structure must be strictly followed. References should be formatted according to the prescribed reference style.
All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin / iThenticate. The maximum allowable similarity index is < 15%, excluding references. Papers exceeding this limit or containing plagiarized content will be summarily rejected.
For accepted papers, authors must submit the camera-ready version, complete the copyright form, and ensure mandatory author registration before final inclusion in the conference proceedings.
